NYC Day 1

This weekend, the spanish have gone to New york! The trip was long, but it worth.

When we arrived, all were excited because of the  huge of New York.

First stop was in Rockefeler Center and from there, we walked to Central Park, we stayed there for a minuts, and, then, we returned.

When we returned, the bus brought us to the most important places of New York: Dakota building where John Lenon was Killed, Zero Ground, The Empire State, The Chrysler building, The flatiron and Chinatown. I like too much NY. After this visit, we went to the hotel, and, at six o’clock, we went to saw a musical: Mary Poppins. When the musical finished we had time to buy in Times Square. There are a lot of stores: Quicksilver, Billabong, Toys”r”us, Foot locker, even M&M’s store. At twelve, we went to the hotel and we slept all the night becase we were too tired.

Halloween’s party

The Halloween’s party was good. We had to wear a costume. I was wearing as a grandmother. The others costumes were: mosquetero, fries, tomato…

When we arrived, we were eating and dancing. After that, we were hollowing pumpkins.

Waiting for Halloween

On Saturday, we have the Halloween’s party for the spanish people and their hosts. We are going to a huge nightclub and there, we will have the party.

We have to wear some costume, but, right now, I have no costume. I hope to buy a friki costume. It would be funny.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the Boston Celtics game. I thought that the game was going to be more excited.

When we arive all was huge and pretty, and, before the game began someone sing the american hymn. But, when the game began, all the people shuted up and sit dawn. There was’t atmosphere, only the spanish people animated.

The game was bored. The final score was: Celtics 101 – Knicks 61.

The best of the game was when the spanish people were watching by all the other people because we were in the marking video, it was the most excited in all the trip.

In adittion, they hadn’t the T-Shirt tath I wanted in the store.

Summarizing, The game disapointted me.

Boston Celtics

Today we are going to a game between Boston Celtics and New York Knicks. I’m very excited because I have never been in a basketball game. I hope that the game like to me, because I think that it will be a great experience. In adittion, I am going to buy merchandaissing of the Boston Celtics. It will be a good day.

Boston Red Sox

Boston Red Sox are the most popular baseball team of Boston.

My family is fan of the Rd Sox. They like so much the Red Sox. In these days I have learned so much about baseball. Now, I know that, according to which my family says, Red Sox are the best team and New York Yankees are the worst.

Now, Red Sox are playing a game against Cleveland Indians, I don’t know what championship they are playing, but each one have won one game. The first who win four games, win the eliminatory.

One of the most important things of the Red Sox are Fenwey Park. Fenway Park is the oldest stage of the Great Leagues. It is famous because of Green Monster found in the left garden.

A typical day in the High School

I get up at 6:15 AM. I take a shower and I eat the breakfast, then, Mike and me go to the bus stop and the bus goes to the High School. The classes starts at 8:00 AM.

In the High School I spend all the day with Mike and with some of t he spanish boys.

The Mike’s subjects are: Chemistry, Businesses, Band, Maths, English & Literature. The subjects are no too fun, but I like it.

We eat in the High School all the days, around half past twelve. The food is not good at all, but is food, and is free for the spanish.

When the classes finish, around quarter psa two, Mike always has or practice or game, and, when Mike is playin soccer, I spend the time with the spanish people. We can see Mike, watch TV or play some game.

And when Mihe finishes his practice or his game, around half past five, his mam goes to look for us and we go to Mike’s house and I play video games or I write in the weblog, and, after, we eat the dinner and I go to the bed.

2 days, 3 parties

 

We have discovered that here all the parties here are equal. We call it BBCBBC that in spanish means: Bodas, Bautizos, Comuniones, Barbacoas, Bailes de fin de curso & Cumples. The diferences are, that in someone there is a priest, in others there are bikes and, in others there are cakes.

The thing that I like in the USA’s parties is that they are always giving you food, from the beginning, to the end.
